PLEASE READ CAREFULLY # DEPOSIT POLICY Deposits are non-refundable. They are not allowed to be transferred to another date, if your needing to cancel your scheduled appointment your deposit will be considered forfeited and another deposit will be required again. # CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY A confirmation text is sent out 72hrs in advance. Please confirm or cancel your appointment. I require a minimum of 24hrs before your scheduled appointment to cancel. If you need to cancel after the required time please call me or message me at anytime. You will be charged 50% of the service. Absolutely NO exceptions. If your card is declined you will be expected to pay the fee by the end of the night or you will no longer be able to book again *+ NO SHOW POLICY Due to a no show you will charged 100% of the service. If your card is declined your account will be flagged & you will no longer be able to book appts with me. I LATE POLICY A 10 minute grace period is allowed if you are running late. You must be in my chair by the 10 min mark. If it is past 10 minutes you will be charged as a NO SHOW. Please be considerate of my next client after you. I do not give refunds on any services, including memberships, deposits etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a Courtesy, Please remember to call as soon as you know you will not be able to make the scheduled appointment, And we'd be happy to rebook it for you. If you miss an appointment or fail to give a 24 hour notice You will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total. No shows will be charged 100% of service! Any and all money paid for a deposit will be lost if not given a 24hr notice, also any deposits given for a single appointment cannot go towards more than one reschedule! If an appointment needs to be rescheduled more than once an additional deposit will need to be made towards that appointment and the first deposit will be lost.
